Organizers, Publishers and Qualifications
1. “#sayasayangcikgusaya” is brought to you by Kementerian Pelajaran Malaysia and is managed by Fly Fm. The objective of this contest is Instagram to encourage students to participate by sharing their appreciation for their teachers in conjunction with ‘Hari Guru’ 2015.
2. #sayasayangcikgusaya is open to children of age below 17 years old, for the year 2015.
Participants
1. The participants are of the winners send video or picture via Instagram Fly Fm (flyfm958) and also on ground, from the period of 4 May 2015 – 18 May 2015.
2. Contestant can participate in both categories (Photo & Video) with creative caption, but only eligible to win in one category
3. The participant’s #sayasayangcikgusaya is open to MALAYSIAN citizens only.
Responsibilities
1. Participants are required to follow all the rules and regulations of the event that has been designated by Fly Fm.
2. Participants are not allowed to upload any words/images/audio/videos which can affect the image of Fly Fm from any angle including social media involving yourself or individuals who served in the Fly Fm before, during or after the event is carried out.
3. Participants must sign a statement acknowledging that they have read, understand and agree and to comply with the conditions and regulations.
Fly Fm Rights
1. Fly Fm has the right to use any of the participants’ data/images/audio/visuals or any details that has to do with the station’s promotions and publicities without the participant’s acknowledgement; and the participant have no rights to claim for any allowed publicities.
2. Fly Fm has the right to determine and amend any of the Terms and Conditions for #sayasayangcikgusaya at any time without prior notice.
3. All prizes are used/taken entirely at the risk of the winner in all things and Fly Fm excludes all warranties in connection with any prize to the extent permitted by law.
4. Fly Fm, its agencies, affiliates, sponsors and representatives are not responsible for defective prizes or misuse of any prize or for any claims, liability, loss or damage arising out of or in connection with any contest promoted by Fly Fm.
5. Please allow 90 working days from winning date for prizes to be processed.
